I colour my hair in two different colours, black underneath and blonde top. I used an xlcosmic blue for a change under neath and my usual blonde on top but when I washed them out the blue run from the bottom and tainted the blonde with a sky blue tint. I now have blue hair and will not washout. I put another blonde on top straight away and made no difference, I cannot walk round with sky blue hair
