And I Was Wondering That If I Started Smoking Would It Affect My Condition More Or Not 'Cause I've Been Wanting To Pick Up The Habit Of Smoking And I'm Not Sure How It Will Affect My Condition.
So If I Could Get An Answer As Soon As Possible That Would Be Great Thanks.

Hello Nightcrawler90
See this link !!! (http://www.sclero.org/medical/symptoms/pulmonary/preventive.html)
Avoid Smoke
It is extremely important for Scleroderma patients to avoid smoke and to quit smoking due to the risk of Pulmonary Fibrosis. Smoking worsens Scleroderma circulation problems, which can lead to more rapid disease progression and increases the risk of amputations. Avoid inhaling smoke from such sources as fireplaces and barbecues.

Regardless of what condition you may have, please don't start smoking. I smoked for 11 years, and just recently quit. It reaks havoc on your health, appearance, and social life. Please take this into consideration. Do you want to pick up cancer, as well?
