Hello klaude
With all respect : a Teacher Training Course... on WHAT ?
With pleasure I like to help here, but please provide some background information first.
Are you not trained to lead such a 3 day meeting?
What will your position be at that meeting?
What is the 3 day meeting all about?
Why did you accept that position if you have no idea what to do there?
Are you yourself a teacher or some format of consultant?
What kind of teachers are these 15?
Can you provide more information please ?
Note : I am a trained teacher, and part of my work was to assist students in their study choices, individually and in groups.

Thanks a lot.

I would like tips about how to break the ice on the first day.
Hello Klaude.
What I normally do with new students is to have a relaxed coffee break with all of them together first in the cantine - outside the normal schedule, during which I can introduce myself, explain the intentions and the actual process, and ask everyone to introduce him/her self in 2 or 3 lines.
Than continue elsewhere with the actual program itself. That makes a clear break between the relaxed general intro and the serious actions of the program. And it does not have to take more than half an hour. It is very effective and stress lowering.
Hope this helps you.
:)
