How to retrieve deleted mail in gmail

Simply you can't.
Once web mail is deleted it is GONE FOR GOOD.

Curly is right. This question has been asked in other forums I belong to. Once the emails are deleted,there is no actual way to retrieve them. And as far as Google having them stored somewhere I seriously doubt it.
Also understand that Google automatically deletes old mail at certain period.
