If you have a tenant renting (two months) a room in your house and does not pay the rent, what is your recourse?

The tenant must be evicted according to the laws in your State.

Just an aside, if you are going to rent out rooms you should first familiarize yourself with the laws governing rentals for your area. Too many people who rent out a room or rent their old house go into it blindly and are frequently burned by their not knowing the laws.

Yes - and if it's an ILLEGAL room the Court will not enforce the rent.
