I'm wanting to start a 2nd hand toy store and I need to figure out how much start up costs would be. We would be getting our space either really cheaply or for free through the foundation that I work for, and we are planning on using volunteer employees where ever possible. But in the same token I'm completely over my head trying to price out shelves, cash registers, and other start up items. Let alone a promotion budget...

Does anyone have a really good business plan templet as well so that I could get my mind around all the things that I need to be thinking of with this project?
