All right, so, me and my two of three best childhood friends have been hanging out lately. One girl, Rachael, and one guy, Michael. Now, me and Michael were best friends since we were three. Me and Rachael since we were five. (I'm telling you all the info I can spare to make answering this easier.)

Now, since Rachael is a girl, and is a teen now, she hangs out with other girls. I hang out with her and her friends about every time they're over, and most of the time when Rachael can even hang alone. Michael is the kind of guy that's... Like... Cool and hangs out with OTHER guys, right? All right, so we invited Michael over one day because all three of us are friends, and we haven't seen each other in a while. So, Michael liked hanging out with me, Rachael, and her friends, so he starts hanging out with us a lot more often. Now, since I was the only guy, Rachael was always like... Cuddling next to me and hugging me and stuff, and now that Michael's here, she's shoved me away almost completely. She sits next to him all the time, hugs him, and stuff. Me and Michael were way better friends that him and Rachael were. Same with me and Rachael against Michael.

And now... If I tickle Rachael, or pull a joke about Rachael, like I used to always do, she always reacts way different. Instead of laughing and joking back like she used to, she would say shuttup, hit me, push me away, and be a brat about it. Michael tickles or jokes about her, she reacts the way she used to with me. It seems that they are way better friends with each other than with me now... And Rachael acts like I'm just a regular friend. Not a friend that has been a friend for 10 years. Michael contradicts my opinions all the time to make himself look cool in front of Rachael's friends. And me and him used to be like this ||. Same with me and Rachael ||. Now it seems like me and Rachael, as well as me and Michael are like | |. Whereas Michael and Rachael are like || now. So... Is there any way to resolve this problem of pushing away? I've already talked to Rachael about this and she said she would change... She hasn't changed on bit. My brother has noticed this as well, before I told her to change, and after. Please... Help me get my friends back.

Maybe she's trying to make you jealous? I'm not sure, but that's the way it sounds like to me.

It sounds like she may have a crush on him, so she is going to give him more attention. People grow apart for all sorts of reasons, everything will be fine.

She likes him. Your friends are growing and changing, so are you. Don't get caught up in the personal relationships between others, just back off. Maybe its time to have some different friends maybe??

We all consider each other, me and my three friends from childhood, as sibling. We couldn't like each other. It would be... Weird.
