Ok I haven't talked to my boyfriend for about three weeks, then yesterday he called me like its nothing and said that his parents took away his phone because he went over his texting because his cousin been using his phone to text his 'girlfriend', that's what I don't get. Mind you he doesn't even have a texting plan and he always tells me he can't text me because of that, so I don't understand.. if he knows he doesn't have texting why would he let his cousin use it to text his girl I don't get it.He doesn't even say he missed me or anything, Plus on top of that we don't even see each other the last time I seen him was around June 20th and now its August, and we only talk on the phone once in a while because he says he's always busy with basketball practice and stuff, I talk to his friend more than him and that's like 3 times in a week on aim.I tell him that this bothers me and he doesn't even try to make any effert I want to break up with him but I don't know what to do.Do you think he found someone else and should I just end this 'relationship'? HELP?

Whether he found someone else should be irrelevant to you. You need to do what's best for YOU. And, that sounds to me like cutting him loose. It seems that he wants to only see/talk to you when it's convenient for him. Like The Counting Crows said, "You don't know what you got 'till it's gone."

I can't imagine dating someone who will not have any communication with you for three weeks then act like it was nothing, no explanation.
If this guy does not meet your needs, drop him.
You teach people how to treat you, if this bothers you and you let it go, you have taught him that he can do this anytime he wants that it is not a problem.

His baloney story about his cousin texting was certainly lame. I have no idea why he would even call up with such a stupid story. You can certainly do without this loser.

We have people who have broken up, and still see or talk to their exes and you haven't seen your b/f in 3 weeks? Wow, hate to say you don't have a b/f, or a relationship as it is. Nobody is that busy, if they cared.
