Just for clarification here, are you sure that you don't mean mushroom balls? If you are talking about mushroom balls, then I also love those and would want to know various recipes as to how to make them.

Thanks!

Hi all...

Here is a link to my favorite recipe site... I loaded up mushroom balls (if you actually meant mashroom balls let us know what it is... basically) and it popped up with a yummy sounding recipe.

Wait, where did you have them at?

In a Japanese restaurant, they are made as follows"
1
Clean desired amount of mushrooms and remove stems.
2
Chop desired amount of Ahi (raw TUNA) and mushroom stems
3
Mix together ahi and stems and stuff mushroom caps
4
Place in toaster oven (or oven) for 5 minutes at 400 degrees, until golden brown
5
Cool slightly, sprinkle with Ponzo sauce, side with Wasabi and pickled ginger

Thanks for this one, but I did not have it at a japanese restaurant. It was actially at a biliard center, wasn't a restaurant exactly but they had food and snacks and drinks as well.

Hi, I made it yesterday, I found it a bit raw. It did not taste as good as I exected it. I guess I should make them smaller and also reduce the amount of bread crumbs and bake it in lower heat for a longer time. My husband liked them though, he said it was nice with drinks!

That's too bad... Hopefully smaller will be better... sounded good!

Thanks for the update!
