Hello, I am having trouble with a leaky bathtub. It is a single handle Moen. I plumbing is only two years old. I replaced the single cartridge and still leaks. Anyone has any ideas?

What is the model Number of your faucet and when did you replace the cartridge?

Actually, I noticed that the O-ring on the back was missing.. humm.. On the old one and new replacement. I went back to Lowe's and got a new one and it works great. Thanks for the try...
