If you entered US with visitor's visa and got married to US citizen within 60 days from the date of entry, OR If your visa has already expired before you got married, do not attempt to file adjustment of status on your own.
How Do I Bring My Spouse (Husband or Wife) to Live in the United States? (http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=3e6c96981298d010VgnVCM10000048f3d6a1RCR D&vgnextchannel=4f719c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1 RCRD)

You need to hire an immigration attorney, there is no automatic citizenship, you have to apply and at times you may even be sent back to your county till it is approved, since you did not enter the country on the proper visa to marry.
