My son turned 20 this summer, is living at home and working part-time. He attended College two semester. I paid $300 per month, $1,000.00 in tuition and over $2,000.00 in computers and book fees while he was in College. The cost of living is higher and I am not able to help him this year. My son has incurred two many bills this summer to pay for his books and the extra tuition after scholarships and grants. He is planning on going back to College in the Spring semester. His father is not paying child support. Should I contact an attorney about child support, or will that be a waste of money.

It doesn't hurt to check with an attorney, but its kind a late to be asking for support.

Did you have a support order done while he was a minor? If not then it's too late. In Indiana support continues until 21 if a full time student (sometimes a part time student still living at home) but if there was never an order made that can be enforced it ends at 18.
