Depends on the type of colorblindness... but in most cases, no; it's genetic.

You will have to learn how to cope with this problem. You did not state what kind of colorblindness you are experiencing.

This is a genetic issue and there is no "cure." You should speak with your teachers and help them understand the problems that are effecting your learning.
For instance, if the teacher uses yellow chalk on a green board and you are having trouble seeing it, you can let the teacher know so she can find a different chalk that works better for you.
Your teacher will be able to screen your materials and work with you to get past any problems you're having due to your color blindness.
