Have you processed it? Have you tried the shampoo with Rogaine?

O it's been a little over a year since I've done anything to my hair. No I haven't tred rogaine, I'm not bald or getting bald its just every time I wash or brush my hair a lot of it comes out.

Do you mean your hair is breaking off? Or just falling out from the root? X

I hear you. I'm a 22-year old college grad and at my most recent haircut, my stylist said, "Have we discussed rogaine?"

... grr.

For me, I can tell that whenever my hair falls out a lot, it has to do with stress, not sleeping well, etc.

Multivitamin?

Let us not forget that we all loose 80 - 100 hairs per day, and that is perfectly normal. Hormonal imbalances can cause this too, such as pregnancy or after baby is born.

Hey! My brothers hair is getting thinner and thinner. And he uses rogaine and everything, up unti awhile ago, and it wasn't doing that good. The thing that suposedely works, and I have seen a major improvement in is hair getting thicker and growning back where there hasn't been any for awhile. He is only 21, and has caught it soon. Anyway, the thing he uses is Aloe! I know it seems crazy, but it does work for him.

Yeah. Like the stuff you use to put on sun burn. It is crazy, but it works. I have heard something about people using it on cats and it does something or another!

It's breaking off and falling out. Not like in chunks but just like when I'm washing my hair and I go through it with my fingers a lot of it comes out.

Try the aloe vera like the other guy suggested, I read on line that it's a natural remedy.. I have been having hair loss problems for 3 years now, and I'm female and it started when I was 20..

I am still having hairloss today.. I'm not bald or anything, and people can't even tell, but I know the difference.. I'm going to try the aloe vera shampoo

Hm... I'm not even 17 yet and this happens to me
Especially after I moved to the coast
Its not bad its normal but when your adjusting to a climate change I find that that somewhat makes it get worse
I have long thick hair and when wash it strands come out and clog the drain
Try switching shampoos

It really depends on your hair type. Some people believe it or not can not wash their hair everyday. Sometimes washing it too much will cause it to dry and get brittle and that causes the breakage. It can also be your diet. If you are not drinking enough water that can cause breakage. Stress can cause hair breakage. If you do wash your hair everyday then I would lay off and try every other day, and also use a deep conditioner. Also it's a good idea to wrap your hair at night to protect it from breakage as well. And if none of these things work they do sell vitamins at GNC that help with maintaining healthy hair.
I know it's kind of a scary thing. Something as simple as hair is one of the most important things for women.

Remember it is normal for the head to shed hair everyday.

Good luck, and let me know if my suggestions work for you.
