My career and life were destroyed by a company and magazine from highly unethical and dishonest company people and activities and dishonest and irresponsible reporting by magazine who exploited and detailed embarrassing incidents at company and identified me by name when they promised anonymity. I would like to locate some websites where I can post a summary of my story and try to find help. I am looking for both help with publishing my story in a book and finding employment again which I can't - company has blackballed me from getting employment with other companies (employers go around me and contact company directly who gives them a negative reference. I have applied to more than 100 jobs with rejections or no-contact). I was a director at company for almost ten years with a nearly spotless high-performance career.
My problems and psychological problems caused by the trauma of the events have been going on for years and I have been in recovery while I go around and find total rejection of me and my clean, high-performing 20+ year career. I am mad. I worked in the deepest areas of company where I exposed corruption and dishonesty and incompetence within the company's corporate and development processes. I have inside stories of dishonesty and greed that are of high business significance for both company and magazine.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,

{Mod note: I edited out the company and magazine name-<>}

In regard to:
Get an attorney!
I'm sorry, but since we don't know how true your story is we can't post this specific information. If you have a valid claim you need to get an attorney.

I have already filed a lawsuit and lost... and that is part of the story. It is unbelievable what the company and the magazine were able to do. Telling the truth instead of the legal and administrative and personal injustice that has been mete out is my goal. Exposing more corporate dishonesty and incompetence is the story that needs to be told.
I am just looking for websites where I can post my story and see what comes up.

Frankly, I think any site is going to be leery about posting your story. Since you have sued and lost, they could be sued by posting, what is, legally, unfounded accusations.
Maybe you can find some anti-company blogs that would take the risk.

Yes I know it is hard to expose corporations for what they are and what they do. Whistleblowers and exposers are usually fired or arrested. The fact that I lost the lawsuit has nothing to do with the truth or that I should have won the lawsuit. I have nothing and nothing to lose by telling the truth.
I did not sue employment company, I sued media company who used a team of expensive lawyers in a Seattle highrise to beat the hell out of my case and my while I was suffering psychological problems and my wife was divorcing me because I lost my job. It was an unbelievably abusive experience and they won because I cracked and completely broke down into psychosis. It is unbelievable and now I understand how and why the victim gets put on trial instead of the perpetrator.
I can prove I worked at company and was involved with internal operations. The reason I was attacked at the company was due to gross mismanagement and incompetent personal who were often maligned in audit reports I helped create. Overall there was a ton of dishonesty driven by multiple underlying causes. I have everything I need to prove my case and I have no intention of using a legal system that can be manipulated by dishonest lawyers and huge sums of money.
I can say what I want about who I want, although I will make efforts to do it in a way that hurts me the least. I appreciate your advice, even if it's possibly biased... I know amhd is a website that has to succumb to legal exposure despite the first amendment. It is another crack in the legal system where money and self-serving legal requirements protect corporations and people with money.
If amhd could have identified the companies and the so-called "unfounded accusations", we might have even generated some corroborating feedback that would start making my case "founded". It seems like there are postings all over the Internet about people complaining and accusing companies of all sorts of things and the media is full of stories that end up getting shot down. However, I am just looking for a resource to see if there are any avenues for me to get some information and feedback.
Me, a tiny little citizen, can't post his legitimate claims because I am not powerful enough or rich enough to defend myself against dishonest corporations who would spend hundreds-of-thousands to crush a tiny ant like me. I am so invisible and insignificant that I can't even post a little bad comment about two big powerful companies.
However, I have nothing to lose. Even if they arrest me and lock me up for stating the truth, at least I will have a place to live and 3 square meals a day.
