Is this a new technology for water treatment? How efficient is it? Is it costly? What is this vitamin consists of? And if there is any treatment I can visit to help in this regard?

It all depends on "water for what"?
Normally for the human body you do not need any extra vitamins - assuming you eat healthy. Different colors of vegetables and some raw salad every day supplies almost all the vitamins a human requires.

The entire excessive vitamin marketing is a near scam. Most of all vitamins eaten are peed out the same or the next day. Too much vitamin intake can even be poissonous.
