I recently installed a new tile floor in my bathroom, and in doing so, raised the level of the floor. I went out and purchased a closet flange spacer kit and it came with the spacer and two rubber gaskets. I need to know how to attaché these. So I put the first gasket on, then the spacer, then do I screw these to the floor, or do I just run the new carriage bolts through the holes in both the gaskets and attach the toilet. Or do I attach spacer to old flange with silicone thanks.

Hi Lejardin...
If possible remove the screws from the old flange and then clean the old flange exceptionally well. Then install the rubber gasket provided with spacer kit, then install spacer and then screw through the spacer and the old flange to secure the spacer securly into place (don't screw too hard or will crack the spacer... just snug it down).
Then install the johnnie bolts in the slots in flanges and then place the wax gasket to the bottom of the toilet bowl and set the toilet bowl.
Let me know if you need more information...
