My 2 yr old baby girl has had a fever of between 101 and 102.7 yesterday and today. This morning I noticed that she had white spots all in her mouth what is going on with my little bunny?

Sounds like she may have strep throat or a thrush infection. Get her to the doctor.

You don't want to mess with a fever this high.

Get them to a doctor
