Just looking for some general and easy to follow advice about losing weight. I'm not looking to diet as such just change my eating habits. I work shifts anywhere between 9am-9pm so sometimes cooking a healthy dinner at home is not an option, and I've fallen into eating junk on my dinner break (cheap & quick) and then eating chips or something ridiculous when I get home. Breakfast is 2 slices buttered toast with vegemite & cheese. I don't like sweet food much. Healthy lunch if I'm not working late is easier.
