I've had a period that started on the 29th June and has gone steady every since. I've had a few days were ill stop for almost a day and bleed heavy again but its been constant I haven't had a full 24 hr break and I'm still bleeding what can be the cause of that?

I remember my grandma who died from ovarian cancer who experienced the same thing prior. It can also be caused by sexually transmitted disease. I am not saying you haveany of these but bleeding profusely is abnormal. Get yourself checked by a doctor.

See a doctor, there is all kinds of things that can be causing this. My older sister is having the same type of problems and they couldn't find anything wrong with her but are going to do a hysterectamy (not spelled right) on her to fix the problem. Its important to be seen by a women's doctor every year with all of the problems that women have and all of the std's that are out there getting checked by your doctor each year is a must to stay healhy and catch problems early.
