Problem resolved! I received a voucher from an organization called New Eyes, very easy to fill out and doesn't require a dissertation of your life and times or Earth. It took about a week to arrive in my mail and they said it would take 8-21 days for them to fulfill my wish. Praise God, maybe I can put my magnifying glass away LOL! Thanks for everyone's input and good wishes for me in my plight.
