Car will not start or turn fuel pump on in hot weather replaced everything in fuel system ecept the relay

On Preludes ten or more years old, I would replace the main relay, ECM, ICM, and coil. If you decide to replace the ECM, try to buy one with a lifetime warranty.

I don't know exactly where it's located on a 1992 Prelude. However, turning the ignition switch on and off should help you locate the main relay, by allowing you to hear and feel it click.
