:( OK I am on felony probation and I got revoked so my question is can I get a bond set for me and get reinstated?

Hello leslee:

No, you can't get a bond. If you argue good in front of the judge, he might reinstate you. Of course, if you held up a bank to violated, I don't think he will.

Well they said that my att. Can get me a bond set so that is what I am waiting on but I att. Is never there for me to talk to her

There is no bond for a probation violation. You have to wait until your hearing comes up. In jail.

You can get a bond for the current (new crime) but if they are holding you on a violation of probation, normally this is no bond to get out for that.
