Hello,

Any ideas on how best to convert a hand held shower (for a bath tub) into a wall shower head? We're in a new place that has a bath tub with a hand held shower, but no wall shower... can't imagine trying to take baths every morning (no time! ). Help, please!

Thanks much!

Can't you get a bracket that would allow the hand-held shower to be on the wall like a regular shower head? You already have the right faucet it sounds like. Other option would be to have a plumber open the wall up and install the necessary plumbing for a shower head. You might want to post this question in the plumbing area too.

Just found this link: Plumbing store - Add on a shower to your existing bathtub (http://www.plumbingstore.com/shower_addition_kits.html)

I was thinking something more like this shower bar. Price Pfister Slide Bar Package Includes Handlheld, Metal Hose, Drop Elbow & Slide Bar In a Chrome Finish - 16300C at The Home Depot (http://www.homedepot.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10051&langId=-1&catalogId=10053&productId=100447625)

Thanks for all the ideas! We just got back from a Home Depot trip, where we ordered a chrome bracket. Hopefully, it will solve the problem. Thanks again!
