How do I have my probation terminated early? I have all of the proper people that will give me a good repore and my probation officer said I was a good case. How do I go about doing this? I ve been sentenced to 2 yrs and I've completed one. I haven't been able to pay court costs but I was able to pay my child support. I got laid off my last job so I'm hoping that the judge would let me off so I can get back into the military. Another thing: I've completed all the required classes that I was sentenced to. Hopefully things will work out. Let me know what you think.

Your probatoin officer provides you the paper work, or he will show you in the manual how to do it.

The Probation Office can petition the Judge on your behalf for Early Termination of Probation. Have you asked them to do this? Have you completed more than half of the time? Do you have all your fines, restitution, etc all paid off?
