Hi Everyone
I have 2 questions dealing with Mom's T.V.
1-My mother has a Sanyo T.V. that for a few years she loved having on top of her big
Refrigerator (to her the perfect spot) lately its been giving her trouble.The symptoms are
--No picture (the screen is black) and sound is static
--The screen will display the various menu bars and it's controls
--You can control the sound and choose channels (also displayed)
--She has cable hooked up
My first question is this a repairable problem ?
2-If heat is an issue - is anything on the market, or that can be made at home - that she
Can put between the T.V. and refrigerator to protect the T.V.

HI there, I 've had my TV on top of the frig/freezer for many years ,never had a problem,not to sure what the problem is... I suppose everything is tuned in properly on the back of set!!

So what your saying is there is no picture... yes...

Could be something gone on the set that needs replacing.

Hopefully someone will come on who's a TV engineer who will be more knowledgeable than myself.
