Hey super
Depens on who you order from, when I was scammed by the chinese they did not give instructions, but once I ordered from the canadians I got instructions on how to mix it and its really not that hard to do.

Hi super
No it does not give clear cut instructions on achieving like beyounce or rihanna the singers color, what I think you need to understand the most is that EVERYONE depiggs at a different pace. For example I have been using mono for some time now with good results i.e its been at least 4 months of mono usage for myself, whereas my sister was using it for two months and saw no difference so she stopped.
Other people on this forum used mono for 2 weeks and began to see white spots, so there is no instruction manual on depigging because depig occurs on an individual basis.
Also the people on this forum are simple mono users and they are not doctors that can give you professional medical advice. Everyone here is simply sharing their expereince. I am afraid that you are looking for answers that are not available. One thing you have to understand is that mono works for some and not for others. The most important thing to consider prior to using mono is if your skin is able to tolerate it.
Mono is not a merical powder that will make you white overnight, have realistic expectations throughout this journey and yes depigging is certainly a journey to a great extent.
And this post is not meant to be a serom, put simply a testemony of my mono expereince so far.
Hope this helps
