Learn to obey safety precautions like wear a helmet and knee pads. Learn also where the nearest hospital is.

That I don't know, sorry. Check back frequently, hopefully someone who knows more about the subject will come along.

Sunny - If you are a beginner I would strongly suggest a helmet and knee pads until you are proficient in this as you can seriously hurt yourself. Also knowing where the nearest hospital is would be a great idea when you accidentally slip and fall and break your leg, arm, neck, back, etc. If you don't wear a helmet and consider that "kids" stuff, you are going to get hurt before you know how to properly dismount without hurting yourself.
