My grandmother left me a home in 1997. While I was in prison my mom and brother changed the deed and put only my brothers name on the home. What should I do?

Are you sure about rightful ownership ? Maybe they were afraid it would be taken by the state for restitution because of your crime. Do you talk with them at all ? What have they said to you ?
