Most likely the people that could help you the best in your particular situation, would be a music teacher at school or maybe the choir director at church. Do you have a music teacher at school and do you go to church? Is there a choir or chorus that you could sing in at school?
Some people might suggest that you could also sing along to songs that you hear on recorded music as well as imitate the voice that you hear on them. However, for you to do so, might not be that helpful to you because each person has a unique voice that needs to be trained according to the sound that particular person is capable of producing depending on the age of the person wanting to do the singing.
If there are musical programs in which you could become involved at school or church, and your parents heard you sing in them and maybe even sing a solo, then maybe your parents might take a different outlook on your singing and might let you take private voice lessons.
Do you already play a musical instrument? What kind or kinds of music is it that you would like to sing, please?
One of the things that I do for a living is that I'm a professional singer who also teaches individuals and groups how to sing.
Thanks!

Well yes, I do do chorus, but my chorus teacher is a witch, no one likes her, and everyone at my church are like in their 70's. Its kind of hard to explain like I can't affored singing lesson's.

Well, age situations concerning you possibly being involved musically in something really shouldn't matter. Some of those older folks at your church might be the best ones to get you exposed to a more general public with what you can do. Concerning a music teacher that no one really likes, I can understand that. I would imagine that you can't afford singing lessons because your parents don't support you choice to want to be a singer. I can understand that also.
