How can I renable firewall service in vista after is going off

Open Windows Firewall by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Security, and then clicking Windows Firewall.

Click Turn Windows Firewall on or off. Administrator permission required If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

Click On (recommended), and then click OK.

I have Windows Vista on my laptop.

I use this EXACT method to turn my fire wall off or on ALL the time so please,
Don't tell me it won't work.

I am running the 32 bit version, and I just checked another computer with the 64 bit system, and it works on that as well.
