No do not use hq!. I think its really bad PLUS u can only use it for like 3 months then you have to stop... belive me, it messed up both mine and my sis skin!! U can use bio clair oil on your face, works very well and I use G&G cream on my body. Works wonders on the body pretty fast and most of all it doesn't have neither hq, nor mercury nor anything bad!!

Which G&G cream do u use?
