I am dealing with a debt case with a junky debt buyer who has sued me. I checked the online court records and there is a new entry "case stricken from disp. dkt"

Does anyone know what that means? I can't get ahold of the court clerk this afternoon to find out and I am a little nervous about it. Thanks!

It sounds like the case was called on a court calendar; could have been a motion or trial calendar. "Stricken" to me sounds like the case was dismissed, but you be certain to check on Monday.
