In Florida. I have lived in my complex for over 4 years. My conttact will expired on June 2009, I was told that if I gave 60 days notice I will be able to break the lease, because I have lived there for over 4 years. I am buying a condo and now the office is telling me 90 days.

What does the termination clause state in the lease you signed?

If your contract doesn't expire until June 2009 (which is next year, in case you typoed), then the only way you can break the contract is if there is a clause in it saying that you can. Be aware that Florida is a very landlord-friendly state, and they can sit back and sue you for the rent for the entire length of the lease, whether you live there or not. So if all they are asking for is 90 days notice, I would be very happy that they aren't going for the full 10 months you have left and give it.
