Im trying to find out if the car yard I purchased my 6 speed VVSS from is legally obligated to compensate me, after I discovered the vehicle had previously been involved in a serious collision, and that in actual fact the vehicle was the result of what they call a "cut & shut" the car has major damage that had not been repaired from the original collision, including having the air bag indicator lights "drilled" out as they were not repaired/replaced.. as well as no air con no traction control and two holes in the under frame and a massive one in the gear box that lets off unimaginable amounts of heat/exhaust fumes..

Did you not see the car before you bought it?

You would have to prove the yard was aware of the conditions.
