If both computers are sitting behind a router, then they are not directly accessible to each other on the Internet. I would not place them directly on the Internet for this purpose. The two routers can see other so this where you have to start with a networking solution.

There are a few ways to accomplish your goal. One is a true network solution (VPN) and the other is a sharing solution.

VPN - Virtual Private Network - if you have a fixed IP address (which costs more), you can set up VPN tunnels between your routers. You routers must be of the type that supports VPN access. The one I have at home supports two VPN tunnels and that option was only about $20 more than the standard router. The reason fixed IP addresses are required is that if the addresses are assigned to your routers with DHCP, then each is likely to change. You would have to constantly reconfigure your VPN tunnels.

Web based Remote Connection software - there are numerous versions of this type of software: Cisco WebEx (http://www.webex.com/), Citrix Go ToAssist (http://www.citrix.com/English/ps2/products/product.asp?contentID=13972&ntref=hp_nav_US) and LogMein Rescue (https://secure.logmeinrescue.com/HelpDesk/Home.aspx) are a few popular offerings. These applications will allow both computers to logon to a web site and set up a session in which desktops, applications and files can be shared.

The easiest way is to connect computer by a lan cable. Go to a technology shop and ask for a lan cable. Than put them in the right places. That's it.

I am afraid not. The original post stated that the computers are in different locations. A wired LAN connection would not be appropriate in this situation.

Hmm... Maybe you can try bluetooth? Its effective on my computers. They are in different floors, so I use bluettoh for connection. But if the measure is long it will not work.

Bluetooth technologies only for limited meters I think it will support only within a meters.

I have seen your answer but I have not understand that answer. Because I have not idea about vpn and router concept. So I think it will be possible in remote access service.

My friend told this solutions. But you can share the files but cannot take the system (such as remote ).
