I realize that there are many questions pertaining to probation transfer, I'm not trying to waste your time... Im on probation for 1st offense DUI in Nebraska, my fiance's job just sent him to Arkansas Im wondering the procedure for this transfer. Im a stay at home mom and not required to have a job but I do have a place a live, all I have left to finish is 6 AA classes and a small portion of my fine Ive completed the rest of my conditons is this enough to be accepted for transfer?

While it is completely up to them, most likely they will want the fine paid in full, and the AA classes done, ( although they may allow you to do the AA down there) What will most likely have to happen , first talk to the PO about the move. Also I saw fiancé, not husband, so that may or may not make a difference to their rules also. It is a process, it can take a few weeks, to a few months at times. Assuming this is not a serious crime, there should not be an issue, but they may have certain requirements to be meet prior to transfer,

Do everything required of you classes wise and pay everything off and be up to date with any supervision fees, then ask for the transfer to another state. Like Chuck said, husband okay, finance maybe. Talk to your PO and run this all past him.
