I cannot print any messages (in or sent) from my Outlook Express. Any ideas?

When you try to print, are you able to select print and nothing happens, or is the Print option disabled and you can't even select it?

We haven't any problem in selecting printer.in fact I can print the paper but the format of stationary doesn't appear in printing.
