I live in Florida and do not have any clue where to start to evict my boyfriend? We have been living together for 4 years and have 2 children together. I also have 2 children to a previous marriage. I have asked him to leave several times over the last few months and he will not go. I own the house and realize that he has rights but I should have some also? He has stopped helping me with money for the kids/household and it has become a daily fight that the kids should not be subjected to. I should not have to leave my own home with 4 kids! How and what is the most quick way to get him out? Please Help :(
