How to retrive the lost email from gmail account... I deleted one of the important email from trash... how to get back it... anyone can help...

Best approach would be to contact Google support (http://mail.google.com/support/bin/request.py?contact=1&ctx=contact-us). But don't get your hopes up... they may or may not be able to retrieve it from their servers.
