Looking for a movie that I saw a long time ago
From what I can remember...
There is a bully of a kid. He has a handicapped brother. He bullies a girl in pedicular, she is a bit geeky. One day after school he holds her against the school building and tells her to strip... he eventually tell her he likes her, they start to hangout. A very vivid scene I remember is when they are in a fort or tent like structure looking at the stars talking about their lives together... another one is when the little girl invited her older next door neighbor into her "special club" he blows her off quite rudely with a remark like "special? like a retard club?" at he end the boy runs away can't remember why and the girl is on a school bus going to band camp or something to that effect.
Does someone recognize it? It might have been an independent film not too sure.
