I'm 20, almost 21 and two days ago I began to leak milk from my left breast. I've never had kids and I do not know what this means. However, I am sexually active.

Have you taken a pregnancy test? Are you using contraceptive?

No... my periods are very weird so I didn't think to take one even though last month my period only lasted 1 day and I had discharge for like 4-5 days after that. I've never had that happened before.

I heard that if someone sucks on a woman's nipple continuosly for 2 minutes or so and then does if for like 3 days in a row, you can start lactating.. you don't even have to be pregnant.. is your boy sucking on your breasts a lot?

Wow, plonak, although quite vividly descriptive, kind of hit it on the mark.
The effect of suckling stimulates the anterior pituitary to release prolactin, a hormone that creates milk.
Another possibility is that you may be pregnant... so I suggest you take a home pregnancy test just to be sure.

It is possible it is not milk at all. It could be a milkish looking discharge.
I have had this happen - 7 years after the birth of my child. I also have had to be monitored by a breast specialist due to lumps. I contacted her as soon as the discharge was discovered, just to be on the safe side. For me, it was nothing to worry about.
I would recommend contacting your doctor and getting it checked out just to be on the safe side.
Good Luck.

A good place to start is your OB-GYN. Let them know what is going on. They will take it from there.

Well I usually go to the closest Planned Parenthood... can I make an app with them?

When you go for your visits - do they do a routine breast exam? If yes, then sure - contact them.
