While I was at work yesterday, we had to unload some 2x4's by hand because we crate some of our products. Well I picked one up and put it away and went back to get another one when I noticed something really strange about this bug. It had pinchers like a scorpion. It looked somewhat like a rollie pollie but not the same color. But that's the first time I have ever seen a insect other then a scorpion have pinchers. The pinchers weren't very big but imagine a pair on a rollie pollie and that would be the size. Any way what kind of bug was this?

They were slightly damp but it looked like you stuck a scorpions "arms" and put it on a rollie pollie they moved just like a scorpions just really small. I'm sure it wasn't a rollie pollie but that's the closest to resembalance. It wasn't the same color or as rounded over but that's the closest thing.

It may take you a while, but search this site:

That didn't help. I didn't see anything that resembled it. I've looked on numerous sites about and around the species of rolly polly's but to no avail. So I don't know. Maybe it was some kind of new species or something who knows.

Nope, it looked like a roley poley with the pincers of scorpion, not just the pincer but the arm like structure that the pincer is attached to. And I still have no idea what the bug was

Can you hold the bug closer to the computer, so I can see it better?
