Hey everyone! I got the minutes from the court reporter and it does not state Post Release Supervision:D . I already typed up his Article 78 on Friday. I will be mailing everything out with new information I found out from another website to include in his Article 78 to him. He will notarize it and send it back to me to file in the courts. I am so excited. The biggest issue is that he doesn't owe the state any more time. He completed his 7 year bid. Thank God. I, again, want to thank you all for your input. Thanks so much.:)

WONDERFUL! Keep us informed -

A lawyer contacted me that will represent him. And guess what. He finally got a court date. I looked his name up on webcrim.com and there it was, his name with a court date for August. I am too estatic over this. I don't know what I did. Yes I do. I fought the system and they didn't like it and had to answer my calling for a court date. PAPERTRAIL. OMG, I just can't get over this.
