I am opening a pharmacy in Cambodia and I want to import all the medications from USA to Cambodia. Anyone knows what are the rules and regulations from the US side? What licenses do I need. I am a pharmacy student and I am finishing up school in 2009.
As far as shipping medications, what is the best mean of transportation? Through ships or DHL?.
If I were to purchase my Medications from a wholesaler like Mckesson or Cardinal Health, how do I get contract with them? What licenses do I need? I am assuming I might need a Purchasing license. But I don't know much more.
As for Control substance medications (C II-V) what additional licenses do I need? I know I have to get some sort of license from the DEA or FDA.
