When I was little I saw a movie that I can't remember the title to or any the actors that were in it. For some reason I can't get this movie out of my head and I'm desperately searching for the title. I saw this movie in the mid 80's but I'm not exactly sure when it was made. The movie starts about a young boy who for some reason loses all his hair. He gets a wig but it gets ripped off his head when he is playing with some other children and they all start making fun of him. Later on some guy gives him a recipe for something to put on his head to make his hair grow. His hair starts growing uncontrollably and he gets taken away and hooked up to a machine that starts harvesting his hair. Someone helps him escape and they end up in some sort of fantasy land. That's all I can really remember about the movie, but if it sounds familiar to anyone please please let me know.
