My question is that is there any verse in the Quran which proves that a moslim should not go to any pilgrimage for ziyarath and not do the fatiha.

I am not sure I understand the context of your word "ziyarath",do you mean that as in visit?Or going to another destination instead of Hajj to Mecca?

And "Fatiha",if you could explain the context of this word too,Insha Allah I maybe able to help you in some way.

The other thing is that we should rely upon the Quran while referring to the Sunnah of the Prophet(pbuh) too.
“O you who believe! Obey Allah, and obey the Messenger, and make not vain your deeds!” (Qur'an, 47:33).

I got the same problem as Firmbeliever -who by the way is an expert in my opinion too (in it that he fears Allaah concerning his words)- may Allaah bless him and protect him and forgive him what He knows and we know not... And that is, you didn`t explain what these things you ask about refer to. One may mean with them one thing, someone else another. So explain yourself clearly by specifying what happens in these affairs you want to know about, so we can try to advice you by the help of Allaah.

But if you mean is it OK to visit Al-Masjid An-Nabawi during Hajj, then the answer is it`s not a part of Hajj itself, it`s not from the `manaasik`, but it`s a great Sunnah to make Solaah in Al-Masjid An-Nabawi. Myself I didn`t visit his -sAaws- grave uot of respect for his -sAaws- because when he -sAaws- was dying he cursed the people before who took the graves of their Prophets -sAaws- as places of worship. Unfortunately nowadays the Mosque has been expanded so that the holy qabr of Rasuul -sAaws- is inside. So I never went there, but it`s not Haraam according to some, it IS a holy place in itself, and especially the place between the qabr of Rasuul -sAaws- and the mimbar. And that`s where Al-Bukhari would pray Solaah al-istikhara before writing any Hadiith to his SoHiiH. So I don`t want to argue about that.

I definitely advice visiting Al-Masjid An-Nabawi anytime, or Al-Madina Al-Munawwarah for that matter, and so did Rasuulullaah in many Hadiiths. There`s no place in the world like it other than it, and you can literally see the nuur (al-munawwarah). But the manaasik of Hajj Allaah taught to Ibraahiim, and perfected them (Look for tafsiir for the Verse 128 of Al-Baqarah). Masjid An-Nabawi was not present until MuHammad -sAaws- built it with SoHaabah -rAa. And if you are looking for some evidences against newly invented matters, then you have to understand what is difference between limited and unlimited worship, and you have to know what it maSlaH mursal. You need some fiqh before you can say this or that is bid`a, but anyway generally speaking Verse 3 in Suurat Al-Maaidah closes the gates. And Allaah knows best

Just so I make myself clear: Pray in the Mosque of your beloved Prophet -sAaws! Don`t hesitate. Only don`t make shirk there, and don`t make du`aa to him -sAaws- like someone shouted in sujuud there: "jaa Rasuulallaah!" (It`s definitely Haraam. See: 72:18) So did I too (pray there), but I didn`t go to his grave -sAaws- to give him salaam. The reason I already told you. And sufficient for anyone is to say SollAllaahu `aleihi wa sallam, or the like of that, and we give him our Salaam minimum in every Solaah in tashhahud.
