I have a law firm after me for a credit card that I was unable to pay.The law firm is The Dillon Law Firm, P.C. The principal amount is $992.87 with an additional amount of 372.78
In fees. They are planning to levy my assets to pay this judgement. I assume that it means that they will freeze my bank account. Is this legal, and if so what opions do I have. I live in the state of Georgia.

If they have obtained a judgement, then yes its legal. You have the option to try and negotiate a payment plan.

They can take any legal means to collect the Judgment - they can lien a bank account in Georgia.

The only way to stop it is to pay them. You have no other options. They already have the Judgment, right?
