You need to be where your parents are at at 16. I know that will not set well with everyone. But you will have visa issues if your parents are not filing for you

The point is why did you go there? Didn't anyone tell you that if you leave US, you won't be able to return? Though you have ID card, driver's license, etc. it does not mean you have legal status in US and you already have a record that you've been in US for quite sometimes if the IDs you have are not fake ones.
At your age, when you apply for a visa, you need your parents' consent. If they cannot show up at the consulate with you at the interview, you won't be able to get a visa.
