I am 4 months pregnant and have had my blood tests which all came back fine. Even though they don't outright test for hep c would they detect something to prompt a test maybe?

I'm not so sure what you're asking here. Are you worried that you might have hep c? If so, you can always ask your doctors to run a hep c panel. The first six months or so of acquiring hep c, the person is in the "acute" stage which is more or less asymptomatic, and the patient barely shows symptoms of being sick, if any.

If you're worried, then simply ask the doctor to run a hep c panel.

No it's not that I think I have been exposed it's just that my boyf has recently had a liver function test and kidney test and now he has to get them repeated along with a hep test. I have been tested for hep b during my antenatal care but not hep c. I am just worrying about all options... Why am I asking myself has the doc asked him to have a hep test and I am fearing the worse!
